    To refer to the McDonalds at Sunridge Way as "poor" is being generous. Never in my life have I ever entered into a place where I have felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The staff are BEYOND RUDE and can barely pull themselves away from their texting long enough to make a substandard meal. I believe the term "ghetto" applies here. The only customers they seemed to be able to not be ignorant to were their masses of friends standing around and distracting them from their work. Having worked in the service industry myself I know that some days can be grating but you NEVER take it out on the customer! To feel that you are being mocked by the people who are being paid to perform the simple task of making a hamburger is ridiculous! It is pretty sad that a group of adults need to be babysat but clearly that is the case. Unless radical changes are made and certain staff are let go, neither myself or anyone I know will step one foot into that McDonalds again!
